Automatic background daemon policies

• Multi-Device Polling: Periodic background scheduler polls all active terminals in round-robin fashion.

• Dynamic IP/Port: Add or modify terminals with any LAN IPv4 address (e.g. 192.168.1.201, 192.168.1.202) and custom port.

• Duplicate Prevention: Composite unique constraint on (employee_id, timestamp) guarantees punches are never duplicated.

• Connection Mutex: Dedicated socket mutex prevents socket collision during simultaneous manual and auto polling.
